Who needs disbursements
Marketplaces paying sellers, logistics and delivery operations paying couriers, agricultural buyers paying producers, NGOs and programmes paying beneficiaries or stipends, and companies paying commissions, refunds or per-task fees.
How our payouts work
Payouts move through recorded, controlled steps rather than a spreadsheet and a phone call.
- A payout is requested against an available balance, never against an estimate.
- The balance is checked and reserved; insufficient funds are rejected immediately.
- Approval is required, protected by two-step verification for administrators.
- The transfer is sent to a mobile wallet or bank account.
- Every state change is written to an immutable ledger and an audit log.
Controls that matter at scale
Amount limits per transaction, velocity limits per period, risk scoring, blocked-account checks and role-separated approvals. Direct database writes are not possible from the application layer, so no payout exists without a matching ledger entry.
Collections and payouts together
Most platforms need both: money in from buyers, money out to sellers. Running them on the same balance and the same ledger removes the reconciliation gap between two providers, and the 10% fee applies the same way in both directions with no monthly charge.
Reporting for finance and funders
Every disbursement carries a destination, amount, status, timestamp and reference, exportable for accounting or donor reporting. For programme funding, that record is usually the difference between a smooth audit and a painful one.
